Audfluent is a service company that builds, launches, and operates digital products on behalf of content creators ("Creators"). Our operating model is profit-share based: we cover all upfront costs of production, advertising, and operations, and we earn a share of revenue only when sales occur. Specific terms of each partnership — revenue split, scope, deliverables, duration — are defined in an individual partnership agreement.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms may be updated from time to time; the latest version is always available on this page.

Information presented on this website regarding our model (no upfront costs, profit-share, project duration, dashboards, etc.) is provided for illustrative and informational purposes. The actual terms of any partnership are defined exclusively in a signed agreement between Audfluent and the Creator, which may differ in specifics from what is shown on the website.
Audfluent reserves the right to accept or decline partnership applications at its sole discretion. Contacting us through this website does not constitute a guarantee of partnership or any obligation on our part.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
